  • Contact form: your name, email, subject and message, when you send them to us.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time of visit, through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
  • Contacting us: whatever you share with us when you email or call.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your request and send you a proposal or quote (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To measure traffic and improve our website, and to measure the performance of our ads (with your consent, where required).

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. To run the website we use trusted providers who may process data on our behalf:

  • Google (reCAPTCHA for spam protection, Google Analytics for traffic statistics, Google Fonts for typefaces).
  • Meta (Meta Pixel to measure ad performance).
  • Esri and OpenStreetMap (for the map on the contact page).
  • The website’s hosting, email and CDN providers.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the website to work correctly and securely (for example, to send the contact form), as well as analytics and advertising cookies from Google and Meta. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the messages you send us for as long as needed to handle your request and for our work together, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@parity.gr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it.
